Shop Policies
Care: Laura’s ceramics are food, dishwasher and microwave safe, unless noted otherwise. Sculptural pieces are best washed by hand.
Handmade Variations: Every piece is individually handcrafted from stoneware. Due to this artisanal process, subtle variations in size, form, texture, and glaze footprints are natural characteristics of the work and celebrate its unique, one-of-a-kind nature.
Processing Time: All items are packed with care using recycled materials whenever possible and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships. We currently only ship within the United States however international customers can message us directly to figure out custom rates.
Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package, to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Local Pickup: If you are local to the area and prefer to pick up your order at my studio, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to bypass shipping fees.
Damaged Items & Breakage: Laura takes great care in wrapping and packing her ceramics. However, if an item does arrive broken, please email a photo of the damaged piece and the shipping packaging within 48 hours of delivery so she can arrange a replacement or refund.
Privacy: Laura uses customer information to communicate upcoming product release or resolve questions about an order. All email regarding products releases are optional and require opt in, customers can unsubscribe at any time. Laura does not sell customer information to any third parties.
